The house is composed of bold horizontal slabs and floating upper masses, giving it a light and modern character while maintaining a strong architectural presence. Natural stone cladding adds depth and permanence, while vertical timber screens soften the façade and provide privacy to the upper balcony. Large openings allow natural light into the interior spaces and create a strong visual connection between the home, garden, and surrounding landscape.

The ground floor is kept open and functional, with shaded parking, a welcoming entrance, and landscaped edges that soften the built form. The upper levels introduce private living spaces, balconies, and planted terraces, creating a balance between luxury, comfort, and tropical living.
